The 2026 Sultry Listeners Awards nominations will officially open on September 7, 2026, and listeners will have until September 21, 2026 to submit their favorite eligible audiobooks.
What Audiobooks Are Eligible?
To be eligible for the 2026 Sultry Listeners Awards, an audiobook must:
- Be released in audio within the United States between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026.
- Be an original audiobook release and not a re-release or reissue of a previously published title.
- Meet all applicable requirements outlined on our Nomination Requirements page.

The Sultry Listeners Awards are created by audiobook listeners, for audiobook listeners. This is your opportunity to recognize the books, authors, narrators, and performances that captivated you and kept you listening.
Whether it was a story you couldn't put down, a narrator whose voice made you fall completely into the story, or an audiobook you found yourself recommending to everyone, we want to know about it!
